During my Christmas stay, I loved the fresh breakfast every morning and the quick service of the friendly staff. the location was great, being close to both the train station and the city centre. It was also convenient to have a good restaurant across the street.

The small room and bathroom were not ideal. the TV only had Turkish channels without any other language options.

Fast bag service, helpful staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, convenient location, hospitable staff.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Before heading there, the hotel's location was hard to pinpoint due to the wrong address on Google Maps. Finding the correct location was problematic and quite frustrating. Another downside was the lack of staff who spoke fluent English, which made communication a hassle. Although the breakfast was decent, the rooms and bathrooms were cramped and not up to par. the polite service made up for some inadequacies.

The restaurant offered a limited selection of food, a fixed menu of chicken or fish, cold and stale. Avoid the restaurant at all costs.
